Session on Entrepreneurship and Financing Opportunities
Business Incubation center KIU-GB in collaboration with Accelerate Prosperity has planned an awareness sessions on Entrepreneurship and Funding Opportunities for the students of KIU Hunza campus on March 11, 2019. All students are directed to get themselves register for the event. Maximum participation of campus students is expected.

Conditions:
- Candidate should have MS/M. Phil (18 years of Education) in a relevant subject to be appointed as Lecturer on visiting basis.
- The appointment will be made purely on visiting basis as per campus need for the current semester.
- University reserves the rights to postpone the appointment against any subject keeping in view the available workload with the department and as per the need of campus.
- The last date for submission of application is February 27, 2019
- Attested documents should be attached with application.

Campus Re-Opening
Campus will re-open for all students from 25th February, 2019. Classes will be conducted as per schedule. All students are directed to make sure their presence in their respective classes.

Launching ceremony of website
The Vice Chancellor KIU Engr. Prof. Dr. Attullah Shah has officially inaugurated the KIU Hunza Campus website. The online ceremony was joined by the Vice Chancellor from Liaison office Islamabad along with Director IT Mr. Khalid Amin and Mr. Muhamamd Ilyas. Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmad, Dr. Abdul Hameed lone, Dr. Manzoor Ali Focal Person Hunza Campus along with his team joined the ceremony.
The Vice Chancellor suggested improvements to the website. Assistant Director Exams and Students Affairs Syed Saqib Hussain briefed about the designing and function of website. Campus Focal Person Dr. Manzoor Ali thanks to all the respected participants and assured firm commitment to strength the KIU Hunza Campus as per laid-down vision of KIU.

Session on Leadership Management
A fruitful session on Leadership Management conducted at KIU Hunza Campus. Prof. Dr. Ataullah Shah Voice Chancellor Karakoram International University delivered a lecture on said subject. More than 500 participants including faculty, management and students of KIU Hunza Campus and various schools and colleges of Hunza participated.

Ms. Samana Rahim got second position
Ms. Samana Rahim, student of BS-Tourism and Hospitality Management KIU Hunza Campus got second position in ski competition conducted by ” Pakistan Youth Outreach” held at Shimshal valley at 4300m altitude.
